Editorial standards

Signal Money publishes plain-English explainers about stocks, crypto and real estate. This page explains how articles are chosen, researched, written and corrected.

What every new explainer must include

Each explainer answers one reader question and gives you something you can check: a worked calculation, a comparison table or a step-by-step reading of an official document. If we cannot add a specific, checkable answer, we do not publish.

Sources

Factual claims rely on primary sources such as regulators (for example the SEC and FINRA), central banks, statistics agencies and company filings. New explainers link to those sources and show the date they were checked.

How articles are made

Signal Money is run by JKOOK (credited as KOOK on earlier articles), who sets the topics, these standards and the corrections policy. AI tools may help with research and drafting. Every article must cite the sources it relies on, and its facts are checked against those sources before publication. Worked examples state their assumptions. We do not claim professional qualifications, personal trades or interviews that did not happen.

Not personal advice

Articles are general education, not personal investment, tax or legal advice. Scenarios are not promised returns.

Corrections and independence

Send factual errors through our contact page. Material corrections are noted with their date, and publication dates are never backdated. Advertisers do not choose topics or conclusions, and we do not accept payment for coverage.
